Canopy is a cultural public benefit organisation and has a cultureel Anbi status. This means that if you support us financially, the tax authorities will compensate you for this. Your gift is always a deductible item, so a tax advantage. In many cases, you can even declare the amount of your one-off (ordinary) gift or periodic gifts as a 125% deductible item on your annual tax return. A periodic gift will have to be recorded in a written agreement, for which the tax authorities themselves provide ready-made forms. Since 2014, this can be done completely free of charge, without the intervention of a notary. For information about this please contact us.
